LOTUS INSTITUTE OF HIGHER LEARNING FOR GIRLS
Name: Lotus Institute of Higher Learning For Girls, also sometimes refered to as simply Lotus Academy. Headmistress: Regina Amaranth Grade Levels: --First Year - Novice (age 15 - 16) --Second Year - Banal (age 16 - 17) --Third Year - Votary (age 17 - 18) --Fourth Year - Initiate (age 18 - 19) --Fifth Year - Laureate (age 19 - 20) --Sixth Year - Paradigm (age 20 - 21) --Seventh Year - Adept (age 21 - 22) Location: An island called Kotu, located in the North Pacific Ocean. Academic Year: September 10th - December 18th {First Semester}. January 20th - July 1st {Second Semester}. July 10th - August 10th {optional Summer Semester}
Academy Colors: The Lotus Institute official colors are Ivory and Gold. Academy Crest: Lotus Institute's official crest is a compass star cradled by a feathered wing. This symbol can be found on many official Lotus Instute documents, books, items, and buildings. The front gates of the istitute are also shaped with this symbol in the middle and the tiles on the floor of the entrance hall and the main hall are aranged to make this shape. Some stain glassed windows or other ornamental aspects of the buildings on the campus have this signat as well.
The Uniform: There are three different Lotus Instiute uniforms: one for the Summoning & Magic division students, on the Technology & Combat division students, and one for the Sakura Class students. Uniforms are required to be work during all classes, save those of serious physical exersions, assemblies, club meetings, competitions, teacher-student meetings, and inspections. All other times, such as between/after classes or weekends other apparel is acceptable.
